If Your Not Kaps’ Tats, Then Get Off Kaps’ Back.

Colin Kaepernick has been more then stellar in his first “full” season while passing for 3000 plus yards, with 18 TD’s and a QB rating hovering around 91. Then you factor another 600 yards on the ground at 5 yards a carry and 5 touchdowns. Of course by season I mean 16 full games, a bye week and oh yeah a playoff run with a super bowl appearance. Since becoming the starter Kaep is 11-5 with a 2-1 playoff record and the full package to become one of the best all around quarterbacks of our time.

After week one and another awesome performance against a usually solid Green Bay Packers’ Defense. Kap seemed to have been figured out by the Seattle Seahawks and Indianapolis Colts. While in those 2 games only posting a 47% completion rating while being sacked 6 times and throwing 4 picks. San Francisco 49ers fans actually started to turn on there own QB, AGAIN! After last season the tattooed one has become nothing short of a rock star, who cant even wear a hat without making headlines. Though amongst all the scrutiny Kap has gradually regained his confidence and has guided the team to 4 consecutive wins. Posting over 30 points a game and beating teams that have elevated their statuses as contenders, including a few of the NFLs’ top defensive units.

Let it be known, Kaepernick is no slouch. He works very hard to be the best player that he can be with a vigorous offseason training regimen and a golden state of mind. As he stated after the week 5 Texans game. “I was aware we were winning”. It’s not just about his own personal stats. It’s about putting the W up on the board and keeping his team in the game. Kap is the field general and as 49er fans you need to stand behind him. The future looks bright for the 49ers and their fans. This team is going to be a force to recon with for years to come. A new stadium is on the horizon and the new era of football rolled into town on the Jim Harbaugh express. Only time will tell if Colin Kaepernick will go down in the history books as one of the all time greats, but one thing is for sure. We all should enjoy the ride.

What do you expect from Kaepernick after the 49ers full receiving core is finally intact?
