2014 San Francisco Giants Contract/Payroll Scenarios

The San Francisco Giants have some options for next season. Their contract/payroll situation for 2014 looks like this.
I’ve included some scenarios, and my predictions of players next contracts:

Brandon Belt – Minimum (Arbitration)
Brandon Crawford – Minimum (Arbitration)
Tim Lincecum – 20.25 Mil – Expires 2013 –  1 yr qualifying offer – 13 Mil
Barry Zito – 18 Mil Expires 2013 (Vesting Option will not be reached)- Will NOT be re-signed
Hunter Pence – 13.8 Mil Expires 2013 – 3 years 16 Mil
Javier Lopez – 4.25 Mil Expires 2013 – 2 Yrs 5 Mil
Andres Torres – 2 Mil Expires 2013 – Will not be re-signed
Jose Mijares – 1.8 Mil Expires 2013 – 2 yrs 2.5 Mil
Gregor Blanco – 1.35 Mil Expires 2013 – 2 yrs 2.5 Mil
Joaquin Arias – 925,000 Expires 2013 – 2 Yrs 1.8 Mil
Chad Gaudin – 750,000 Expires 2013 – 2 Yrs 4 Mil
Ryan Vogelsong – 6.25 Mil (Club Option for 2014)
(BOLD = CASH ON HAND)
Total if no one re-signed = 68 Million
Total if majority resigned = 16.95 Mil (includes Vogelsong option, does NOT include Belt and Crawford Arbitration)
Total w/Everybody but Lincecum = 29.95 Million
Total w/Everybody but Pence = 32.95 Million
**Total w/Everybody but Pence and Vogelsong = 45.75 Million**
Total w/Everybody but Pence and Lincecum = 51 Million

**What I think is the ideal scenario for the Giants is in 2014.
